Fixing a QuickBooks connection

A connection stops working when access is removed in QuickBooks, after about 100 days without use, or if QuickBooks has a problem. You'll see QuickBooks needs to be reconnected on Home, the job, and Company settings.

Choose Reconnect QuickBooks and sign in again. Nothing is lost, and open jobs catch up.

If the last automatic check failed, the job page and Company settings say why. If it keeps happening, tell us with the Feedback button.
