Billing questions
- Who counts toward the people on my plan?
- Anyone who logs in: you, your managers, your estimators, and your office staff. Your painters don't log in, so they never count. Your plan covers 3 people. Each extra person is $10 a month.
- What happens when I add or remove someone?
- Your bill changes on its own. Brushline shows you the new price before you add anyone, and you only pay for the part of the month they're on.
- How do I pay?
- Credit card, debit card (business or personal), or PayPal. Payments are handled by our reseller, Paddle, which also handles sales tax where it applies.
- What happens after the free trial?
- After 5 days, subscribe to keep going. If you don't, your account becomes view-only and your information is kept for 30 days, then deleted.
- What if I cancel?
- You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for, then your account becomes view-only. We keep your information for 12 months in case you come back (painting is seasonal), then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
