Reports

Reports (at the top, for owners and managers) shows, for the last 30 or 90 days, 12 months, or all time:

• Estimated and Won: how much you bid and won, and your win rate (of estimates marked won or not won).
• Real margin on closed jobs, next to what the estimates planned.
• You kept: price minus real job costs, before overhead.
• Costs not on the estimate: as a share of planned costs. A contingency this size covers them.
• Crew time vs estimate: whether jobs take longer or go faster than your speeds say.
• Won work by month, and estimated vs real margin for each closed job.
• Jobs below your minimum margin, to open and learn from.
• Results by kind of job: exteriors, interiors, commercial.
