Changing your numbers later

Pay, overhead, paint prices, and speeds all live in Company settings.

Prices change: wages go up, paint goes up, insurance renews. Everything you entered in setup is in Company settings (the Company link at the top).

  • Each section has a Change button that opens the same form you filled in during setup.
  • Saving updates every new estimate from then on. Estimates you already made keep their numbers until you open and save them.
  • My costs (your own costs, like dump fees or lift rentals), work rates and extras, and estimate details (your phone, license number, and terms for printed estimates) are here too.

Changing a number for just one estimate

On an estimate, the Crew and pricing for this estimate section lets you change the crew cost, margin, supplies, or paint prices for that estimate only. Changed numbers are marked Changed for this estimate, with a Use standard button to undo. Company settings stay the same.

Only owners and managers can change Company settings or the numbers on an estimate. Estimators can change the work, not the costs.
