Your team and what each person can do

Everyone signs in with their own email and password. There are three roles:

• Owner: everything, including Company settings, jobs, reports, and QuickBooks.
• Manager: the same as an owner day to day.
• Estimator: makes and changes estimates, but can't change costs, margins, or prices, and doesn't see jobs or reports (they show what the company really makes).

Painters never need to sign in. They're on your crew list for pay, and their hours come from timesheets or QuickBooks.

Adding someone

During the Alpha, Brushline adds people for you: send their name, email, and role with the Feedback button, and they'll get an invitation email.
